Austria -Agreement for the insurance sector -February 14, 2014

Negotiations for the renewal of the collective agreement in the insurance sector (22,000 workers) were finalised during a second round of talks. The agreement includes an average pay increase of 2.1% (plus 10 euro) for the back office and a linear increase of 2.5% for the field staff. The increase (beyond inflation) is calculated from 1 March 2014.
