Programme 17 th

10.30 - Tea/coffee

11.00 - Marieke Koning - ITUC - Introduction

 

MC/moderator of the day - Paulien Osse

11.15- 12.00 ALL: Welcome game - as an introduction to all key people

- Assingment: Create a key message of 30 seconds/7 short sentences about: you, your partner (if you have one), your kids and your career.

 

12.00 - 13.00 Group sessions: My wishes in the decisions for Life project - 5 small mixed (trade union and web) groups.

 

13.00 - 14.00 Lunch

 

14.00 - 1600 Group Sessions: Brainstorm webteam & Brainstorm Trade union team (large room for Trade union teams, small room for all web people).

 

16.00 - 17. 45 Total: Big questions left for next day

 

18.00 - 21.00 - Dinner at the Beach

Start 9.30 -Tea/coffee

 

10.00 - 11.00 - Training in reporting financially and narrative by Tendayi Matimba (half of the group 1 hour and then the other group 1 hour)

 

11.00 - 12.00 - Communication trics in a international network: Email, Skype, Gmail communication. Websites - Paulien Osse/Karen Rutter. (half of the group 1 hour and then the other group 1 hour)

 

12.00 - 13.00 - Any problem left in Project management, training? Appointments to be made with key persons in the project.

 

13.00 - 14.00 - Lunch

 

Chair to be choosen by the team:

14.00 - 16.00 - Create the final touch of your workplan web, marketing - presented by web team - on the basis of the brainstorm of March 17th.

 

Charir choosen by the team:

14.00 - 16.00 - Create the frame of your workplan Trade union campagn - presented by Trade Union teams - on the basis of the brainstorm of March 17th.

16.00-17.30 - Presentations plans and see where the synergy is.

17.30-18.00 - List of fixes which have to be made

 

18.00- 21.00 - Sailing, diner in the harbour

10.00 - 12.00 Problems to solve either bilateral or in small groups. Presentation of how to work together, how to communicate to gether. And how to meet and when to meet. Clear roles for LRS, ITUC, WageIndicator, national centres and the journalists

 

12.00 - 13.00 - Confirmation of deals and agenda for next meeting

 

13.00 - 14.00 Lunch

 

14.00 - 17.00 - Training in Plone websites - Karen/Rumbie/Paulien

14.00 - 17.00 - Discussion with Marieke Koning/Ituc and national centres
