About the session
Though many companies are increasingly trying to improve wage practices across their operations in pursuit of ESG goals and other compliances, some are often uncertain about how this applies to contractors. Are they counted as full workers, and do wage policies apply to them? Even if it doesn't what does a fair compensation for a contractor constitute, and how can this be institutionalised.
